What top can you wear with one of those white ruffle-layer skirts?
So I bought a white skirt thats about mid-thigh length, and it has three layers I guess you can say - the top over the middle over the bottom, each getting longer proportionally, making it look almost a tiny ruffly.
What type of tops can you wear with this?
Answer:
Pretty much anything, as long as it is not a flared or bubble top. That will look frumpy! You want something fitted.
I recommend a cute blouse with puff sleeves, halter top, or a cute light sweater. A t-shirt would work too.
